I have not received the activation email.
If you do not receive the activation email then you may have to do the following. It normally would take between 1-15 minutes for you to receive this email, but in some rare cases you may have to wait for upto 30 minutes. Also try checking your email spam folder for the activation email if you do not find it in your inbox folder.

I cannot find my semester results when I login.
If you login into the platform, but do not find any results or courses for your semester results, then it is most likely that the results have not yet been published. Also, if you have not complied with your financial engagements or have other administrative issues, your results may be restricted for your viewing. In this case, the reason for this restriction will be given in the result slip page.

Incorrect profile information or biodata or missing/wrong marks.
To err is human. If your biodata or any other information is not correct under your account, please don't get twisted. Kindly, use the complaint menu to submit an accurate and concise complaint of the issue. We will look into the matter and update the status of your complaint. Can I always access my results at all times?
No. We recommend strongly that you should download a PDF version of your results and store on your email or a personal storage device for future references. Once results are available for a new semester, those for the previous semesters will no longer be available for your access.
